I'm not sure that there aren't foods that taste better when cooked into heart-shaped waffles... (no I don't have children, this is for me, haha). This was my birth-month fun and first time with chocolate chip breakfast waffles. Now I've discovered mashed potato hashbrowns and chaffles too, yum! | I never knew the right paper towel could be a game-changer, thankfully my bestie Kaci bestowed this wisdom on me. These are so strong they act as a cleaning rag. Stock up with their 'choose a sheet' option of course since you never know what life's adventures might call for ;) |
My friend Estelle in Eugene wrote this fantastic recipe book that answers the question of how do you cook Homemade on a Weeknight in #RealLife. Bless her! | I had always heard that Vitamix was the way to go and now I know why! Wowza, this puppy blends things to magically smooth goodness in moments. |
James and I were late to the Instant Pot (or Instapot as the kids are calling them) game, but we are loving having it for roasts, cooking Einkorn berries, and any other set-it-and-forget-it cooking task. We have a basic one and it does great for all that we need usually cooking for just the two of us and often some leftovers. | When your friend Beth who is the church potluck MASTER and overall chef extraordinaire tells you this is her go-to utensil for ground beef, etc., you listen. |
Purple and teal portable and reusable stainless steel straw?!? Yes please! | I love stainless steel water bottles and enjoy both straw and flip-lids. And you know mine is going to need cute stickers on it! Check it out in my sustainability blog here. |
